And for that London is Always a good Idea, that too in Oxford street, its a Bingo. One of the famous shopping streets in London where billionaire’s can definitely become millionaires (talking from the customers side :P).
We took Santander Bicycles and headed towards the street. They were pretty cheaper than expected and we could leave those cycles at any other Santander stop near our destination. I was really amazed with the systematic ways of transport in London. We were so exhausted in only 10 mins that we had to take a bus.
We got down in front of Micheal Kors, went through their new and on sale women collection to realise that it is not cheaper in London. But in the Men’s section we could find a really good sale. A person can be lucky if he finds good deals as boxing day sale stays till the month of January.
Next stop was Topshop, it had an amazing collection of apparels, make up and accessories. Followed by Miss Selfridges, one brand where girls can find incredible dresses and that too at reasonable prices.
Polo by Ralph Lauren had variety of polo tees and collared shirts with their unique logo on them. Talking about Hugo Boss, it had amazing suit designs for men.
If one is looking for jackets AllSaints and Armani are a must go. AllSaints is famous for its leather jacket. Reiss can also be looked into for overcoats and warmer jackets. These brands are not very pocket friendly but one can get good deals in their sale, plus they have a really good collection. You can find the warmest jackets in North Face which are light and comfortable. Not only the jackets but gloves with which you can use touchscreen gadgets without taking them out. Quite impressive. Also, Uniqlo can be checked as they are quite affordable.
One thing we didn’t realise is that on a Sunday evening the stores get shut at 6. So, we could not check other brands.Indian food at ‘Salt’ in Marble Arch is really awesome, plus their sheesha makes the place even more alluring. Pao bhaji is a must try there.
The pretty streets and the glittery sky made our way to home.
The woods are lovely, dark and deep,
But I have promises to keep,
And miles to go before I sleep,
And miles to go before I sleep.
